As of now, the new Baccara menu, which our chefs and their brigades have worked passionately
to create unique dishes using quality seasonal produce.
Let yourself be tempted by our starters such as "Le foie gras" with parsnip pulp in wine vinegar and vegetable demi-glace, accompanied by our homemade tarragon brioche, or "Salmon", as well as our exquisite main courses such as "Tuna" Lightly seared on the plancha grill with a medley on corn, or "Veal", a crispy blanquette-style sweetbread accompanied by organic Camargue rice.
