With a menu featuring original recipes all made from fresh, high-quality produce sourced from Italian producers, Umberto brings you dining filled with transalpine flavour and colour. The only culinary experience of its kind in Evian, one where the cuisine remains true to its origins.
The menu varies through the seasons whilst always featuring the classics such as vitello tonnato, lasagne Bolognese, the Umberto pizza and the famous Tiram’berto for dessert!
