Summer has arrived at the Baccara restaurant

This summer, discover the new menu at Le Baccara. Our chefs and their brigades have worked passionately to create unique dishes using quality seasonal produce.

Sunny flavours to tantalise your taste buds!

Let yourself be tempted by our starters such as "Smoked salmon", home-smoked with coconut ice cream, or "Tomato medley", as well as our exquisite main courses such as "King prawns" and spelt wheat in risotto and seasonal vegetables, or "Lamb" and courgette flan with fresh goat's cheese.

Finally, round off your meal in style with our light, gourmet desserts, savouring "Yello fruits" made with yellow peach, fresh apricots and lemon verbena sorbet or "Coffee", Baccara's coffee and chocolate opera.
