New Hébrard restaurant

In July, Évian Casino launches Hébrard, its new bistronomic restaurant, open to all.

Located on the first floor and with panoramic views over Lake Geneva, Hébrard invites you to discover an elegant and vibrant experience, where the spirit of the Belle Epoque takes on a subtly modern twist. Its name pays homage to the architect Jean-Albert Hébrard, who is linked with the history and heritage of the venue.

For both lunch and dinner, the cuisine showcases seasonal products in a light-filled setting that extends onto a terrace with superb views of the lake.

Designed to be a destination in its own right, Hébrard is just as suited to lunches bathed in light as it is slow-paced evening meals overlooking Lake Geneva.
