On Friday 15 August 2025, our contemporary brasserie Terrasse du Baron invites you and your loved ones to enjoy a unique dinner
while watching the majestic fireworks!

Amuse-bouche :
Arctic char gravlax,
fennel saladine with caraway

dried meat and straciatella with oregano,
bread crisps

Fillet of sea bream,
raw and cooked courgettes with pesto,
virgin piquillo with olives,

At 10pm, watch the fireworks from the lake, just opposite the Casino.
